It?s the best product I?ve tried and I?ve tried a few. I have a apricot poodle with really stained eyes.This does lighten the stain but not completely remove as yet, only been using a few weeks but a big improvement

Spitz lover
Been using this everyday for two weeks so far on my Japanese Spitz cross. Her tear stains are possibly getting slightly shorter than they were but the stain has spread very faintly around the whole eye area. Jury is still out. I'll keep using it every day for another couple of weeks before I decide whether to continue it or bin it.

I can sometimes see the stain coming off onto the cotton pads. It does not remove stains completely - to be honest nothing will if owners do not use a product daily in between professional grooms but it does improve the stains. Recommended.
